What You’ll Do:
- Assist in electrical installations, wiring and maintenance across various industries, including renewables, power generation & industrial systems
- Support the installation of switchgear, control panels, power distribution and earthing systems
- Gain experience in electrical fault finding, testing, and compliance with industry standards
- Complete the Level 3 Installation and Maintenance Electrician apprenticeship
- Achieve the AM2S qualification and obtain recognised technical certifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Five GCSEs at grades 9-5 (A*-C) including Maths and English Language
- A genuine interest in an electrical installation and maintenance career
- Strong practical skills, attention to detail & problem-solving abilities
- A proactive, hands-on approach to learning and development
- Strong communication & teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel and work on sites across the UK, including overnight stays
